Paper Engineering

I found this great book in the library called Paper Engineering all about different ways that people have either folded or die cut paper. Here are some which I think could work for our project:

Two pieces of card are slotted together to make something that connects in the middle. Below is the template to recreate this leaflet.

I like the way that all these individual cards slot together to make something bigger and better connected. This would be a good way of displaying lots of imagery.

These postcards are very cute. I like the die cut shapes from each person. We could do something similar but with perhaps a jigsaw or bubble shape.

I think that these beer mats are a great idea and would work really well for our project. By die cutting out silhouettes we could easily show how things are incomplete/worse because they are missing one vital part. I'll show Emma this on monday and see what she thinks.
